President Noynoy Aquino, our President took his second SONA on July 25, 2011. It's a long speech because it took for how many hours. The second SONA of our President reminds us what did he said on his first SONA. It also reminds us that we should do also our responsibilities as a part of our country, the Philippines or as a Filipino.
In his first SONA, he made his promises, his plans and others that he will do as a President. In his second SONA, he said again what he had said in his first SONA. Only, there are some changes and he added more what he had planned for our country.
These promises must be fulfilled. These must be done with the one who promised it. But of course, with the help of others like us, we can do it easier and faster. Our President cannot do these projects alone. We must cooperate, help and especially, we must support him with all his projects.
